Kay grew up in Harlingen, Texas and moved to Champaign-Urbana in 1969. Kay and her husband, Chris, live in the country on three acres. She loves spending time in her yard with her perennial beds. She began her real estate career in 1978 and has continued growing her business. She has helped thousands of clients throughout the years and continues to have relationships with many of these people. Purchasing a home is usually the largest investment of ones life and Kay wants this process to be educational and comfortable from beginning to end. |

Kyle was born and raised in Champaign-Urbana, IL and graduated from Illinois State University in 1999. Kyle is a Mason and a Shriner and currently serves on the Champaign City Council. I also volunteer with Junior Achievement, which is a program that teaches kids and students about our community. He moved to Austin, Texas in 2000. Shortly thereafter, I moved to Salt Lake City, Utah where he met his lovely wife, Amy. Kyle and Amy have two precious little girls. In 2005, Kyle moved back to Champaign and decided to join his mother, Kay Bird. Kyle's enjoyment comes when he can help a person achieve their dreams of home ownership.
