COME JOIN KELLER WILLIAMS AT A BENEFIT FOR THE JONES BROTHERS!
Wyatt and Gavin Jones (Liz Jone's grandsons), were diagnosed in November 2010 with Mucopolysaccharidosis II (MPS II), also known as Hunter Syndrome. It is a serious rare genetic disease that mainly affects males. Wyatt and Gavin's life expectancy is less than 20 years as they are severely affected. They will lose their hearing. Mobility will become difficult as the disease progresses. They will probably never learn to speak.
Their little bodies are lacking a specific enzyme to help the body break down and recycle certain sugars. There is no cure for this disease only weekly enzyme replacement therapy (ERT), to alleviate some of the physical symptoms. This family has to travel to Springfield weekly for these ERT's, along with other medical, household, and family needs
.
Keller Williams want to help the Jones family by raising money to cover costs such as, safe beds, an accessible home, and travel expenses.
